The success of Clint Black's music is colossal, but try this on for size: His debut album, "Killin' Time," went triple platinum and boasted 5 #1 hits, (unprecedented in any genre in a first release). This was followed by a second triple platinum album, "Put Yourself In My Shoes." Clint Black has since released a dozen #1 hit singles, all of which he personally wrote, another rarity in the music biz.
